How to apply for papers submission and next steps:
• Send the filled application form until June, 30th 2014;
• Notification of the selected presentations will be sent until July, 8th 2014;
• Full paper/inputs submission and travel details arrangement until July, 21st 2014;
• Conference date: 19th September 2014;
• Publishing the papers and conference results (within 2 months after the conference);

For the approved applicants the organizers will cover the hotel and food costs. In certain cases the travel costs may also be covered.
